It's November at the Market!
Autumnal Updates & Offerings
THIS FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1st
Erin Rose Ward brings The 360 Emergence *On the Field*
🍄 New Vendor Alert: Welcome Fungi Valley!
We’re thrilled to announce that Fungi Valley will be joining us on Friday, November 1st! Fungi Valley is a family-owned mushroom farm based right here in Los Angeles, delivering the region’s freshest and most flavorful specialty mushrooms and mushroom products.
They grow all their mushrooms locally, using advanced low-impact techniques to ensure sustainability without compromising quality. Fungi Valley’s farm-to-table approach means their mushrooms are nutrient-rich, taste exceptional, and are as fresh as possible! From delicate oyster mushrooms to hearty shiitakes, lion's mane, and more, Fungi Valley has a range of unique mushroom varieties to discover.
Make sure to stop by, say hello, and show Fungi Valley how much Topanga supports small, family-run businesses. Let’s give them a warm welcome and get a taste of their amazing, hyper-local produce! 🍄
KIDS MUSIC CLASS @ The Market
🎶 Our new music class at the Market was a huge hit in October! Join the incredibly talented Brafo from Music Collab for a fun musical experience for kids and their adults down under the magical oak tree by the stage! 👶 ✨ We will be continuing the class every other Friday through the winter - subject to cancelation if there is wet weather. Come sing, dance, and enjoy the market before or after class! 🥁 Bring blankets! The $15 suggested donation per family directly supports our music educator.
HOLIDAY CLOSURES
FREE PARKING! - We Need Volunteers
Happy everyone seems to be enjoying the free parking! But we need your help to keep parking free! We’re looking for two parking volunteers each week for 2-hour shifts to join our dedicated team of parking attendants. If free parking at the market is important to you, consider giving just 2 hours of your time to make it possible - CLICK HERE to sign up! We will gladly still accept parking donations (and our new model relies on some donations), so please stop by the Manager’s Booth if contributing for parking is possible for you. And remember, the best way to ensure that our community market thrives for years to come is by showing up to shop and supporting the 45+ small businesses that work hard to bring the finest produce, foods and artisan goods to our market each week.
Just in case you haven’t heard the BIG NEWS!
